Ancient and historic building in the centre of Seggiano. The building dates back to the 16th century and has maintained its completely original interiors. The building enjoys plenty of light thanks to the large windows overlooking the valley of Seggiano. The large terrace of about 65 sq.m also allows you to further enjoy the open space and the view. The building is on the edge of the village, in the area facing the San Rocco oratory.

The living area is accessed by two possible entrances, one central with a large peperino stone portal, and the other adjacent. Most of the cellars have large peperino vaults and could be used for various purposes. Many of the large doors have independent access onto the street below. One of these cellars gives access to a small private courtyard, now shared with the neighbour. It is a small protected space, with an old well inside that is now disused.

Slightly detached, with entry through a beautiful stone door, there is access to the private garden of about 300 sq.m.
