The Agricultural Company, located in the Municipality of Roccalbegna, Cana district, in the Province of Grosseto produces biological olive oil.

Agricultural activity and production are carried out on a property consisting of 10.5 hectares of land, of which 4.5 hectares are planted with organic olive groves with 926 plants, enjoying a South-South West exposure, at an altitude between 450 and 500 m above sea level. The remaining 6 hectares of land are partly covered by woodlands and partly by arable land. On the property there is a shallow ground water collection well with a capacity of over 30 cubic meters. In 2018 the olive grove completed the three-year conversion period under the control of the BioCert certifying body and is awaiting official certification as an organic olive grove.

The Municipality of Roccalbegna has granted permission to build a house with a total surface area of ​​150 square meters and a building with a surface area of ​​approximately 100 square meters intended for the management of activities related to olive growing and the production of quality olive oil.

The house is on two levels: a ground floor used as a sleeping area, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a porch facing the valley and an internal connecting staircase and an upper floor where there is a kitchen with a dining area, a large living room with an external loggia and a bathroom.

At the back of the house, a second building will be built to house a garage, equipment for a mini olive mill and premises for bottling and storing the olive oil. The two buildings will be connected by a common courtyard that can also be accessed via an external staircase.

The property is located in the territory of the Municipality of Roccalbegna and, more precisely, about 3 km from the hamlet of Cana, in the midst of a landscape and natural environment that is still totally unspoiled. Roccalbegna is a beautiful town located about 43 km from the city of Grosseto, with fewer than 1000 inhabitants. It is situated in the high valley of the Albegna river, at the foot of two steep and picturesque cliffs, one higher than the other, on each of which stands a fortification, the Rocca Aldobrandesca and the Cassero Senese.
