Old farm situated in a unique position on the border between Siena and Grosseto Provinces.
It is 5 km from the Petriolo Spa and situated inside the Basso Merse Nature Reserve facing the Bogatto Reserve. The farmland is bordered by the Farma and Ombrone Rivers and beyond them you can see the hills of Montalcino.
The farmhouse is 6 km from the charming village of Pari and set within wonderful natural surroundings, in the middle of a property of about 70 hectares, surrounded by centuries old oak trees.
The farm has 4 hectares of recently planted Montecucco DOC vineyards, about 1000 olive trees, 20 hectares of arable land and about 30 hectares of woods.
The farmhouse is a single building of 700 sq m, dating back to 1750. It has been restored in a traditional way in order to maintain its antique characteristics and perfected with valuable finishing touches.
The systems are new and have advanced technical solutions respecting the environment (integrated floor heating from 14 sq m of thermal solar panels - hot water – Sonnenkraft); a 3000 litre LPG tank.
Annexed to the farm there is a thermal area of 60 sq m, half of which is used as a laundry/store-room and a barn of 120 sq m used for agricultural equipment.
There are two swimming pools, one 4.5 m x 1.5 m and the other 5 m x 16 m, 2.10 m deep at the deepest point.
