The house is in good condition, with the traditional features of old Tuscan houses, such as chestnut beam ceilings, terracotta floors, old wooden windows, and a stone staircase.
A paved private courtyard leads to the entrance of the house. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fireplace, a storage room under the stairs, and the kitchen. The stone staircase leads to the first floor where there is a bathroom and two large bedrooms.
The view from the windows of the house, facing northeast, is very beautiful. You can see the whole valley with the olive groves and vineyards typical of the area.

Exterior: next to the paved private courtyard, perfect for outdoor dining and enjoying the view, there is a small plot of land with an old stone woodshed. Not far away, there is another two-story stone outbuilding, now used as a laundry room and tool shed. This outbuilding is in good condition, with a new roof.
About 10 meters from the house is a private, fenced plot of land of about 500 square meters, very well exposed and perfect for a vegetable garden or for having your own outdoor space surrounded by nature. Opposite this plot is a chestnut grove of about 1,400 square meters with chestnut trees in full production.
The village is very well maintained and perfectly located between Castel del Piano and Seggiano. From here, dirt roads branch off where you can go for walks of various lengths. On one side is the forest with chestnut trees, on the other is the valley with olive groves and vineyards. Some areas have large trachyte rocks hidden among the trees, giving the place a magical feel.
The village is now a small community, with people who live there all year round and others who use their homes only for vacations. However, an atmosphere of cooperation and sharing has been created.
