The farmhouse was built in its present form around 1950 on foundations from the 1600s and renovated in 1998. It enjoys a wide panoramic view over the valley of the Castello di Montepò up to Mount Amiata.

The main building, the part on two floors, consists of the following:

- on the ground floor there is a large living room with terracotta / stone paving from the 17th century, a study, a large kitchen, a small bathroom and a pantry;

-upstairs there are six spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and mezzanines. Utility room with laundry and ironing room.

The farm has a total area of ​​approximately 47.5 hectares, is in a hilly position with an altitude between 400 and 520 meters above sea level and falls within the area of ​​Morellino di Scansano DOCG (a highly prized red wine) and Tuscan PGI Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The land is divided as follows: 3.82 hectares of olive groves (1,100 oil producing trees registered as PGI), 10.70 hectares of wood arboriculture (commitment due to contribution until 2026), 9.0 hectares of arable land, while the remaining 23 hectares are woods and pastures with trees and hedges. 

The agricultural outbuildings, located about 200 meters from the farmhouse, consist of a storehouse-barn (a reinforced concrete structure) with two storage areas, a tractor shed, a workshop, a porch, three toilets, and gas boiler on the ground floor, and a storage room and changing room with bathroom equipped with a heating system and kitchenette on the first floor, in addition to a barn, three wooden stables for horses, sheds and outhouses.

The property has 2 solar power systems of 19 and 4kW which enjoy an incentive both on the production and sale of energy connected to the network and overall achieve a profitability of approximately €12,700 per year until 2030.
