The land is divided as follows: 3.82 hectares of olive groves (1,100 oil producing trees registered as PGI), 10.70 hectares of wood arboriculture (commitment due to contribution until 2026), 9.0 hectares of arable land, while the remaining 23 hectares are woods and pastures with trees and hedges.
The agricultural outbuildings, located about 200 meters from the farmhouse, consist of a storehouse-barn (a reinforced concrete structure) with two storage areas, a tractor shed, a workshop, a porch, three toilets, and gas boiler on the ground floor, and a storage room and changing room with bathroom equipped with a heating system and kitchenette on the first floor, in addition to a barn, three wooden stables for horses, sheds and outhouses.
